No, just a fake billboard from PBS mocking the dominance of ridiculous reality TV shows (via the Wrap).
Ridiculous?! Hmm. PBS, I reckon you need to reconsider that. A sexy, shiny, American version of the Great British Sewing Bee would be rather fabulous.
