This is an exceptional way to display meat at a buffet.

Look at the craftsmanship that has gone into this meat display, which i enjoyed at a party I went to on Saturday night. The tin foil-covered box, the carefully-arranged chorizo… It’s a meaty work of out.

    My brother-in-law had a meat chacuterie in the shape of a giant peacock (the only choices were peacock or butterfly) at his wedding in France a few years ago, bonkers!
