This is craft that is Good.

A brilliant, thoughtful, emotional use of origami by two teenagers – trying to make a paper crane for for each of the 120,000 men, women and children interned to war relocation centers in the US during the Second World War.

  1. I couldn’t open this link, but on a recent trip to Japan, I visited Sadako’s shrine in Hiroshima, which not far from the hypercentre of where the atomic bomb hit in 1945.
    Kids from all over the world make and take hundreds of paper cranes and place them near the statue which has now become a peace shrine in the peace memorial park. It is a sight to behold.
